Here are some typical questions I regularly get asked, which can hopefully help you to decide whether or not my services are right for your business….

Q: Do you have any employees and/or do you subcontract work to others?

A: No, and no.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes, I have full insurance.

Q: If you work alone, why a Limited Company

A: I have found that clients prefer to work with a Limited Company rather than a sole trader.

Q: Are you IR35 compliant?

A: Yes. I have sought advice from HMRC and deemed to be fully compliant.

Q: What are your prices please?

A: I charge my time at very competitive daily rates (plus any associated travel costs), and the price charged will depend on the length of time needed to complete the task. The expectations, timetable, deliverables and any specific terms and conditions would be fully agreed in advance before I undertake any work.

Q: What about GDPR?

A: I am fully aware of GDPR principles, which will be applied at all times by undertaking any work for any client

Q: What about confidentiality of data belonging to my business?

A: Any information which you provide me with will de treated with the utmost discretion, and deleted once the task has been completed.

Q: Do you have your own equipment?

A: Yes, I have my own laptop which is fully up to date and virus protected. However, some clients have asked me to use equipment provided by them.
